What to eat or do:

  1. Eat 1g of lean protein per pound of lean body mass daily.
  2. Eat 2 cups of dark berries each day (like blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries).
  3. Drink 2 cups of green tea daily (can be decaf).
  4. Eat low-oxalate leafy greens (like duckweed or other veggies high in polyphenols).
  5. Include aged cheeses like parmesan or pecorino romano.
  6. Try early time-restricted eating or “fractal eating” (for example, skip dinner or skip breakfast).
  7. Add gut-friendly foods like bone broth, colostrum, or collagen.
  8. Take 5–10g of glutamine if you have gut issues or work out a lot.
  9. Eat ½ to 1 cup of fermented dairy daily (like yogurt, cottage cheese, or kefir).
